We connect you with a tradesperson who has been in the trenches and will diagnose, adjust your plan, give you guidance, or otherwise help you get clarity.

Who are these 'fixers' anyway?
Fixers are tradespeople who do hands-on home improvement work for a living or have retired after many years of home improvement experience, but still love the work.
Can you help me with my specific problem?
Well there's only one way to find out, but if you sign up and you don't match with an expert or they tell you that they can't address your issue, you have 14 days to request a refund.
Can I speak with the same fixer every time I have a need to reach out?
Well, as much as we'd love it if our Fixers were all-knowing and could answer your every question, we aim to match you with the Fixer who can best answer your question for each consult individually. That said, fixers do have access to your history with us, much like your doctor would have access to your medical history, so they can look back if you have questions about a past consult.
Will I get a response immediately?
It can take time to match you with an expert, but we aim to connect you as quickly as possible. Unlike AI, humans take time — but they're worth it. We generally aim to respond within ~24 hours (and usually much sooner), but the more rare the question, the more rare the answer! (We'll still aim to answer it though!)
